These Terms of Service apply to use of tablequessiarentals.com and to enquiries made through the website. A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A hire arrangement becomes binding only when the parties agree to the quote, equipment, date, venue, delivery terms and any other booking conditions communicated for the event.

Services

TablequessiaRentals provides information about poker tables, accessories and entertainment-focused gaming equipment for events in Australia. Equipment availability, service areas, delivery access and package composition can vary by event and must be confirmed in a quote.

Entertainment-only equipment

This website does not provide gambling, wagering or betting services and does not accept stakes or offer cash prizes. Any gaming-machine-style units offered for event rental are intended for entertainment use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the planned use of hired equipment at their venue complies with applicable state or territory rules and venue conditions.

Quotes, bookings and payment

Prices shown as “Custom Quote” are indicative placeholders for a quotation process rather than fixed public prices. A formal quote should identify the equipment, hire period, delivery or collection arrangements, charges, payment timing and any security or damage conditions that apply to that booking.

Venue access, care and return

The customer must provide accurate information about venue access, stairs, loading restrictions, floor surfaces, event timing and other conditions that may affect safe delivery or setup. Hired equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the agreed condition, allowing for reasonable wear.

Cancellations and changes

Requests to change a date, venue or equipment package are subject to availability and the terms of the accepted quote. Any cancellation charge or refund condition must be stated in the booking terms provided before confirmation.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
